How long does it take for me to receive my package after placing my order?
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. This means that we will package your order and create a shipping label within this time frame. Shipping time will vary by location. International orders may take several weeks to arrive to you.
If I purchase both a pre-order item and an in stock item will my order ship separately?
Yes, if your order contains both a pre-order and in-stock item, your order will ship as the items come available. In stock items will ship within our current 5-7 business day processing time.
Will I see a video of my order on social media?
We do not film every order we receive even if it is requested. There is no way to guarantee a video for your order. Filming is not included in the cost of any of our products.
Will I get a Squishmallow if I request one in my Fidgetfetti™ Scoop?
No, you are unable to request a Squishmallow in your Fidgetfetti™ Scoop. Requests asking for Squishmallows will not be honored. If you order 15 or more pieces, you are able to request a Squishmallow challenge. However, if we do not have items for the theme you requested, we will not be able to honor the challenge.
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, we only ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and Norway.
An Item I want is out of stock, when do you restock?
If there is an item you want that is out of stock, you are able to sign up for restock notifications. To do so, click the product you are interested in and enter your email into the pop up box. Once we restock, an email will be sent to you.
Are fidgets safe for toddlers?
Our products are not for young children. We do not sell chew-safe fidgets or baby toys. Most items are safety tested for ages 3+. Some products are for older children ages 8+.
Some of our products contain water beads. Water beads are not suitable for children under three.
- Require adult supervision
- Regularly inspect the toy. If damaged or if beads are exposed, dispose of both the toy and water beads promptly
- Swallowing or inhaling water beads may cause discomfort or an intestinal blockage in small children.
- If a water bead is swallowed, contact your physician promptly.
