Terms & Conditions

Before placing an order, you are required to accept the terms and conditions. Please read through them thoroughly.

Returns Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If the return is damaged or opened, we reserve the right to deduct 50%-75% of the reimbursement if the value of the item is diminished. 

Return postage is to be paid by the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

The following items are unable to be returned: 

  • Fidgetfetti™ Scoops
  • Fidget Capsule Surprise 
  • Slime
  • Mystery bags
  • Opened products

If you need to return an item, please fill out the contact form and provide us with details about the product you would like to return. 

Order Cancellations 

We will gladly cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Once your package has been shipped, your cancellation request will not be accepted. To cancel your order, please use the Contact Us section of our website. 

Please make sure your order is correct prior to placing it. All order cancellations are subjected to a 10% cancellation fee. 10% of the total will be subtracted from your refund regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Shipping

Packages that are shipped internationally are subject to custom charges. You are responsible for paying all customs and import fees. Failure to pay for your package will result in it being returned to us. In this case, you will only receive a refund for the merchandise, not the shipping or handling charges. 

Time-frames for expected delivery posted on our website are estimates provided by the postal service. They are not guaranteed. Reimbursement will not be provided for delayed packages. 

Processing Time 

All orders placed will have a processing time of around 5-7 business days. This time frame does not include the time it takes for the postal service to deliver your package. Choosing a faster shipping option at checkout will not make the processing time of your order any quicker. 

We are a two-person team packing thousands of orders a month. Please plan ahead if you are purchasing as a gift as we are unable to expedite the processing time of any order. 

Incorrect Address/Missing Package 

Please check that all of your shipping details are entered correctly. We do not alter addresses or ensure that they are correct. We will print exactly what you provide. 

If you input the wrong address, you must contact us before your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages due to customer error. 

When the package is returned to sender, you will only receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise, not shipping and handling

If your order says delivered and you cannot find your package, please contact the postal service and set up a claim. Once the package has been marked as delivered by the postal service, we are not responsible. 

If your package is lost by the postal service and is never delivered, we will issue a full refund after an investigation by the postal service has been conducted. 

Damaged Items Policy 

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the entire package and the item as it was received. We will offer either a refund or a replacement. To receive a refund/replacement we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date. 

We do not send replacements to international orders. You will receive a refund for the damaged item instead. 

We will not send replacements for items that break after 48 hours from the delivery date. However, if an item breaks within 7 days, we will offer a refund for that item. You will need to provide a photo of the damaged item in order to receive a refund. 

If an item breaks after this time period, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or a replacement. 

Incorrect Order

If you receive your package and you are either missing an item or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Filming of Orders 

We do not film every order we receive nor are we able to guarantee a video of your order. Orders are selected at random to be filmed. Filming is not included in the cost of any of our products.
