Our processing time is 5-7 business days. Meaning, after you place your order, it will take 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to process your order. This time period does not include the shipping time. Shipping time varies by location. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Packages that are shipped internationally are subject to custom charges. You are responsible for paying all customs and import fees. Failure to pay for your package will result in it being returned to us. In this case, you will only receive a refund for the merchandise, not the shipping or handling charges.
