Before placing an order, you are required to accept the terms and conditions. Please read through them thoroughly. 


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within
10 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If the returned item is damaged or opened, we reserve the right to deduct 50%-75% of the reimbursement if the value of the item is diminished. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from delivery date. 

The following items are unable to be returned: 

  • Any variation of our Fidgetfetti Scoops 
  • Fidget Capsule Surprise 
  • Slime Surprise
  • Shinada Global Mystery Boxes 
  • Mystery Fidget Keychains
  • Sanrio Mystery Scoops
  • Slimes 
  • Blind Bag and Mystery toys 
  • Any item that has been removed from its original packaging 

We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). However, original shipping costs will not be refunded if the item is returned under any other circumstance.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please visit the return center to process a return. 

 

Order Cancellations 

We will gladly cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Once your package has been shipped, your cancellation request will not be accepted. To cancel your order, use the Contact Us section of our website. 

Please make sure your order is correct before placing your order. There is a 10% cancellation fee for all order cancellations. 10% of the total order amount including shipping will be deducted from your refund regardless of the reason for your cancellation.

The "handling fee" charged per order is non-refundable. The handling fee will be deducted from all refunds including returns and cancellations.

 

Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: 
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States, and US territories. 

Please note that the shipping rates for our items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Packages that are shipped internationally are subjected to customs charges. These charges are out of our control and are set by your country. Failure to pick up your package will result it in being returned to us. In this case, you will only receive a refund for the merchandise, not the shipping or handling charges. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if your package is returned to us. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. 

If you return your item, you will not be refunded for the cost of shipping under any circumstances. 

 

Processing Time

All orders placed will have a processing time of around 5-7 business days. This time frame does not include the time it takes for the postal service to deliver your package. Choosing a faster shipping option at checkout will not make the processing time of your order any quicker. 

Processing time varies by the amount of orders we receive. We are a two-person team packing a thousand orders a month. Please plan ahead if you are purchasing as a gift as we are unable to expedite the processing time of any order. 

 

Incorrect Address/Missing Package 

Due to the large influx of incorrect addresses written on orders, we will not be responsible for replacing orders sent to the incorrect address or for orders that are missing. Please check your address before submitting your order. Addresses can only be changed before your order has been shipped. When the package is returned to sender, you will only receive a refund for the cost of the products, not shipping or handling. 

If your package is returned to us, we will refund you for the merchandise and ask you to reorder if you would still like your package. We are unable to resend packages with the same shipping label. 

If your order says delivered and you cannot find your order, please contact the postal service to see if they can locate your package and set up a claim. We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages. 

If your package was lost by the postal service, we will issue a refund after an investigation has been conducted. We will only work with the postal service to conduct an investigation if the package has not been marked as delivered. Once the postal service has officially deemed the package as lost, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Refunds are only offered for missing or lost packages when shipping with USPS Priority Mail. 

 

Damaged Items Policy

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the entire package and the item as it was received. We will offer you either a replacement or a refund for the damaged item. After 48 hours from the delivery date, we will no longer offer a refund or replacement. If an item is out of stock, you will be refunded for that item. We do not send replacements to locations outside of the US. For international orders, we will refund you for any item damaged during shipping within 48 hours of the delivery date. 

If an item was damaged within 5 days after delivery, we will no longer be sending free replacements for that item. We will either offer a discount code for a replacement purchase. You will be asked to send a photo of the damage. We cannot offer a discount code without a photo. After 5 days from delivery date, we will no longer offer a discount code or a partial refund for a future purchase. 

For Fidgetfetti scoops, if an item is damaged during shipping, you will receive the same item that was in your original scoop as a replacement. You will not be able to pick a different item. We must receive a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of the delivery date. 

You will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged/incorrect item. We are unable to refund you or send a replacement if we do not receive a photo of the damage. For items damaged during shipping, if we do not receive a photo within 48 hours of the delivery date, you will not receive a refund or a replacement. For items damaged after shipping, if we do not receive a photo within 5 days of the delivery date, you will not receive a coupon code.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please provide a photo of the entire package with the items still within their original packaging. 

If your damaged item is still functional (i.e. cosmetic defects) we will offer a partial refund of 25% off. We will only offer this refund within 5 days of the delivery date. 

IF DAMAGE OCCURS AFTER THE 5 DAY TIME PERIOD, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND, REPLACEMENT, OR DISCOUNT. 

Please send a photo of the damaged product by contacting us at winkyswhimsies@gmail.com or replying to your order confirmation email. You will not be able to send a photo by using the "contact us" section. 

Please note: Liquid-filled or sugar-filled fidget items need to be handled with care. They are not meant for rough use. Keep all items away from sharp objects. We are not responsible for broken or damaged items, unless it happened during shipment. 

Incorrect Order

If you receive your package and you are either missing an item or received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask for a photo of the item and a photo of the entire box. 

Pricing

We are located in the United States and all of our pricing is in USD. 

Fidgetfetti Policy

  • Returns are not accepted for Fidgetfetti™ Scoops 
  • Not all orders will be filmed. Orders are selected at random to be filmed and there is no way to guarantee a video of your order. Filming is not included in the cost of Fidgetfetti™ 
  • Requests are not guaranteed. If you leave a request, there is no guarantee that you will receive your exact request. Not all color schemes/themes are possible due to inventory.  
  • Specific items CANNOT be requested. This includes but is not limited to Squishmallows, Shinada Global, and Sanrio items. Most items are available for purchase individually. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any "challenges" that are requested if they are impossible, unfair, or unrealistic. Receiving a Squishmallow is never guaranteed. You are welcome to request challenges, but there is no guarantee that it will be honored. 
  • Fidgetfetti™ packages are custom. We package each order individually, therefore some orders may take longer to be fulfilled than others. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days but it is subject to change at any time. 
  • While we accept requests and consider Fidgetfetti™ to be highly customizable, we are not always able accomodate the requests we are given. If we are unable to accomodate your request, you will receive random items. It is helpful if you provide several themes and colors that you enjoy. 
  • We try to make sure you receive a variety of fidget toys in your scoop. However, if you request specific themes, then we cannot ensure that you will receive a wide array of items. The larger the scoop, the less variety in items there will be. 
  • If you order several Fidgetfetti™ scoops, you may receive duplicate items. We do not know what you received in previous packages. Please leave a comment of the items you already have to avoid duplicates and we will try to accomodate. 
  • Fidgets are not usually suitable for children under 3 years of age. We cannot ensure that all items will be safe for young children.  
  • Items in Fidgetfetti™ are subject to change. 
  • Items in Fidgetfetti™ may include waterbeads. Waterbeads are not recommended for children under 3 years of age. If you are purchasing this for someone 3 or under, please leave a comment requesting no water beads. 

 

Filming of Orders

We receive hundreds of orders a week and a large amount of these request a video of their order. We likely cannot accommodate your request as filming is extremely time consuming. Even if you request a video, there is no guarantee you will receive one. A very small number of orders get filmed. Our first priority is fulfilling orders. Filming is not included in the price of any of our products.
