When will I get my order? 

Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. Meaning, your order should ship within five to seven business days. Delivery time depends on location. Once your package has been given to the postal service, it is out of our control. 

 

Will my order be filmed? 

Due to the large influx of orders, we cannot film every single one. Even if filming is requested, there is still no guarantee. We wish we could film everyone's order, but it would take too long. We are a family-run business comprised of only two people. We receive hundreds of orders a week. There is no way to guarantee a video for your order.  

 

Can I request Squishmallows in my Mystery Scoops? 

No, Squishmallows cannot be requested. Even in the event of "challenges" we are not obligated to give Squishmallows. The only time a Squishmallow is guaranteed is when it is drawn from the capsule bin. Additionally, "challenges" are not accepted on seasonal Fidgetfetti orders due to lack of inventory. 

 

Do You Ship Worldwide? 

We ship to several international locations. If we ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout. We are located in the United States. 

 

Where are your products from? 

Our products are from a variety of different vendors. Our Sanrio merchandise is all shipped directly from Japan and come with stickers of authenticity. Other brands we carry are Sonria Slimes, Squishmallows, Schylling, Shinada Global, and TopTrendz.
